Important Disclaimer: We are NOT affiliated with any government body, embassy, or high commission. The final decision to grant or refuse a visa lies solely with the respective government/embassy.

2. User Responsibilities & Accuracy of Data

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and documents requested by us for your visa processing.
Holiday Buddy will not be held responsible for any visa rejection, delay, or financial loss caused due to incorrect, fake, or incomplete documents provided by the user.

3. Payment & Service Fees

Users must pay the specified service fee for our consultation and processing services.
Embassy fees and government charges are separate and must be paid as indicated during the application process.
We reserve the right to change our service charges at any time without prior notice.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our service fee is non-refundable once we start processing your documents or consult with you.
If a visa application is rejected by the embassy, Holiday Buddy/indiavisasupport.com will not refund the service fee or embassy fee, as the final decision is completely out of our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

Holiday Buddy/indiavisasupport.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from visa rejections, flight cancellations, or travel delays.
We strongly advise all users not to book non-refundable flights or hotels until their visa is fully approved and stamped.

7. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
