- Once our team starts reviewing your documents or processes your application, the service fee becomes 100% non-refundable.
2. Embassy Decisions and Delays
- Important Disclaimer: The final authority to grant or reject a visa rests entirely with the respective government embassy or consulate.
- We do not guarantee visa approval. In the event that your visa application is rejected, delayed, or canceled by the government authorities, indiavisasolution.com will not be liable, and no refunds (for our service fee or the government embassy fee) will be issued.
3. Cancellations by the User
- If you decide to cancel your request before we begin processing your documents, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting transactional and administrative charges.
- No cancellations or refunds will be entertained once the application has been submitted to the official government portal.
